I think overall, thai message has helped my Rheumatoid Arthritis and feels better than deep tissue or swedish. The latter seems to just hurt and make me flare.

Robert, you're awesome. Being able to be exactly who I am in your yoga class keeps me coming back. Knowing that you have the ability to see the practice from the perspective of your curvy-bodied students is appreciated enormously. =)

I almost feel stable enough to start doing yoga again. You'll see me again soon, I hope. Thank you for the encouragement these articles give to us bigger than average ladies. It really is about the focus, and the open and wonderful feeling at the end of class.

Thanks!

Found this. Thought of you.

Your Grief

Your grief for what youve lost holds a mirror
up to where you've bravely working.

Expecting the worst, you look and instead,
heres the joyful face youve been wanting to see.

Your hand opens and closes and opens and closes.
If it were always a fist or always stretched open,
you would be paralyzed.

Your deepest presence is in every small contracting and expand
the two as beautifully balanced and coordinated
as birdwings.

My quick suspicions in brief. Energetically open female works on more closed, mental, restrictive possibly engineer husband who's out of touch with his body. Anything new is received as "weird" due to a somewhat closed nature and outlook. I say try it on five other people and see how they respond. I've worked with enough clients and students to notice trends. He may respond more to low back/lumbar work like the piriformis stretch in other videos. Keep up the good work!
